Our Staff

All of our personnel are top notch, experts in their fields, and are very experienced providing care in remote settings. These staff are supported and directed by an exceptional and experienced team that includes our Director of Medical Operations: Kara Livy RN, MN, NP and Medical Director: Dr Rahul Khosla MD, CCFP-EM, GPA.

They are supported with 24/7 operational and medical support. They are lead by example of uncompromising principles to ensure staff have what they need to provide the best evidence based care possible. They have quality equipment and supplies to complete this task. They are held to the highest standards and participate in regular mandatory education sessions on a monthly basis. They participate in an extensive Quality Assurance (QA) Program that ensures the field staff are following Advanced Medical Solutions policies and procedures and are indeed providing the care we expect.

Their equipment and supplies are also included in this QA program to ensure they have the most appropriate tools to be able to provide the highest level of care possible. While most Medical Personnel Services claim they have quality protocols and procedures, we actually test ours through our extensive QA program to ensure they really are meeting the needs of our staff, patients, and clients, and update and enhance any protocols or procedures that inevitably require updating as the Medical Profession changes to improved patient care.
